String Bean Salad with Sadia Turkey Ham





  • 3 cups (300g) Sadia Turkey Ham, sliced ​​and cut into strips
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cups of dried string beans – string beans cooked al dente with salt
  • 2 chopped red onions
  • 1 cup small diced yellow pepper
  • 1 cup red pepper, diced small
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  1. In a small bowl, add the olive oil and half the coriander. Reserve.
  2. Cook the beans in a medium pan with water for about 30 minutes or until they are soft but not falling apart.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the beans, red onion, Sadia Turkey Ham , yellow pepper and red pepper.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper and serve with coriander oil.
  5. Note: In this recipe, dried string beans can be replaced with fresh string beans or black-eyed peas.
