Defrosting:
Separate the number of drumsticks and a half of the wing you are going to prepare and place in a container with a lid. Keep in the bottom of the refrigerator for about 14 hours. You can also defrost in the microwave, following the recommendation for defrosting poultry from your appliance manufacturer. On average, 6 pieces take about 3 minutes in the “defrost” power (30%).
