Defrosting:
Refrigerator: Remove the freezer packaging, place it on a tray or baking sheet and keep it on the bottom of the refrigerator for about 12 hours. You can also defrost just the amount you are going to use: put the desired number of pieces in a refractory, cover with plastic film and leave it refrigerated for 10 to 12 hours.
Microwave: Transfer the contents of the package to a refractory and microwave for 15 minutes at 30% power, turning 3 to 4 times during the process. Some ovens have an automatic button for defrosting poultry – in this case, just follow the recommendation of your appliance manufacturer.
Oven:
Place the chicken pieces on a medium baking sheet, season them with lemon juice, garlic, freshly ground black pepper to taste and 2 teaspoons of salt. Refrigerate for 2 hours to facilitate the penetration of the seasoning. Try to vary the flavor with each preparation, using soy sauce, grated ginger, orange juice, fresh pepper, etc.
1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at medium temperature (200 ° C).
2. Place the defrosted and seasoned pieces on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 cup (tea) of liquid – white wine, fruit juice, water, etc.
3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and let it brown for another 10 minutes.
