Salada de Rúcula com Salame Sadia e Ovos





  • 1 cup panko flour
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped sage
  • Salt to taste
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 Healthy Seasoned Ham
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 6 ripe figs cut in half
  • 6 pears cut in half

Method of preparation

  1. In a small bowl add the panko flour, herbs, salt and butter.
  2. Mix with your fingertips to form crumbs, set aside.
  3. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Open the packaging with the help of a knife or scissors, remove the piece of Healthy Boneless Seasoned Ham .
  5. Place in a deep 4 cm high baking dish, add two cups of water, cover with aluminum foil and bake in an oven at a medium-high temperature (200ºC to 210ºC) for 60 minutes.
  6. With 15 minutes left until ready, place the reserved farofa on top of the meat and finish cooking until it is golden.
  7. In a medium frying pan over high heat, add the olive oil and figs and pears and grill until lightly golden.
  8. Then serve the Sadia Seasoned Ham in herb crust with grilled figs and pears.
  9. As there are differences between ovens, small variations may occur in the suggested preparation time.
