Salad with Sadia Ham





  • 4 thin slices of Ham without the Sadia fat layer
  • 1 Italian zucchini, cut into very thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • Pink pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch of red lettuce (or other leaves of your choice)
  • 1 bunch of lettuce (or other leaves of your choice)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Method of preparation

  1. In a container, place the zucchini and season with olive oil, brown sugar, vinegar and pepper. Then, leave it to marinate (picking up the seasoning) while you finish preparing the salad.
  2. In a salad bowl, place the torn leaves, tomatoes and, on top, the zucchini that remained in the seasoning (sprinkle the salad with the zucchini seasoning). Then, just spread the slices of ham without the torn Sadia fat layer and serve.
