Sadia Salami with Orange Supreme Sadia

  • 20 slices of Salami with Sadia Pepper Rim
  • 4 oranges
  • Mint leaves or other herb of your choice

Method of preparation

  1. Remove the supremes from the oranges – the supremes are the orange segments, without the peel or that white part that covers the fruit.
  2. To remove the supremes, peel the entire fruit, also removing the white part.
  3. Then, with a sharp knife, remove the segments (you will notice that the segments are separated by thin white membranes – the supremes are the part of the pulp between the membranes);
  4. Fold a Salami with a Healthy Pepper Edge in half and, on top, place 1 supreme. Pierce with a toothpick and decorate with a small mint leaf.
  5. Repeat the operation with all the salami slices, positioning them on a cutting board or appetizer plate. The combination is delicious and refreshing!
