Rondelli with Ham and Sadia Mozzarella in White Sauce





  • White sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 500 ml of milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Rondelli:
  • 1 package of pre-cooked lasagna noodles
  • 500 grams of Cooked Ham Piece Sadia
  • 2 packages of Sadia Loose
  • Sliced ​​Mozzarella Cheese
  • Finishing:
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method of preparation

White sauce:

  1. In a medium pan, over medium heat, melt the margarine and add the wheat flour. Mix well and cook for 1 minute or until it starts to change color.
  2. Add the milk little by little and mix continuously for about 2 minutes, forming a smooth and thick cream. Season with salt, black pepper, nutmeg and set aside.
  3. Remove the lasagna dough from the packaging, release the sheets one by one and place on a cutting board.
  4. In each dough, place 4 slices of Sadia Piece Cooked Ham , 2 slices of Sadia Loosely Sliced ​​Mozzarella Cheese , roll into a cylinder and then cut the rondelles to the thickness of 1 finger and set aside.
  5. Continue until all the dough and filling are finished.
  6. Place the reserved white sauce in a large round dish and then the rondelles side by side.
  7. Add the grated parmesan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden.
  8. Finish with chopped parsley and serve immediately!
