Pasta with Raw Ham, Caramelized Pear and Gorgonzola





  • 12 slices of Sadia Speciale Raw Ham
  • 500g pappardelli pasta
  • 1 cup of pasta cooking water
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 pears cut into half moons
  • 300g gorgonzola cheese in pieces
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Mint leaves

Method of preparation

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. When draining the pasta, reserve 1 cup (tea) of cooking water;
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and grill the pears; add the cooking water and the cheese pieces;
  3. Add the pasta and coat it with the sauce formed in the pan;
  4. Turn off the heat and add the slices of Sadia Raw Ham , black pepper and mint leaves. Serve.
