Omelette with Ham





  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil or 15 ml
  • 5 slices of Sadia ham , cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium seedless tomato cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Method of preparation

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork until smooth, season with salt and pepper;
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the olive oil, pour in the beaten eggs and let cook for 2 minutes, until the edges start to set;
  3. Spread the ham, tomato and chives over half of the omelette and fold the other half over the filling, let it cook for another 1 minute, until it is golden and cooked inside;
  4. Transfer the omelet to a plate and serve immediately!
