Macaroni Salad with Sadia Ham and Arugula

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Sadia cooked ham without fat layer , cut into small cubes
  • ½ package of cooked farfalle pasta
  • 1 cup Sadia Cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 peeled oranges, cut into segments
  • ¼ cup of orange juice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups torn radicchio leaves
  • 2 cups of torn arugula leaves
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, orange juice and Worcestershire sauce, set aside;
  2. In a container, place the remaining ingredients and season with the prepared sauce. Serve chilled.
