Crepioca with Healthy Turkey Breast and Yogurt





  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 tablespoons tapioca starch
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil Salt to taste
  • 12 slices of Sadia chicken breast , sliced
  • 1 cup torn frisĂ©e lettuce (or other green leaves of your choice)

Method of preparation

  1. In a container, prepare the sauce by mixing the yogurt, parsley, olive oil and season with salt. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the eggs, egg whites and tapioca starch, if desired, add pepper to taste. Beat with the help of a fork or whisk.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan, add a little olive oil and pour in half a ladle of the dough.
  4. Let it brown on one side (approximately 2 minutes, when the edges start to come away from the pan) and then flip with the help of a spatula. Repeat the process with the entire dough.
  5. Fill the ready-made crepiocas with slices of chicken breast (3 slices each), lettuce leaves, grated carrot and slices of mozzarella. Fold in half (like a crepe) and serve with the prepared sauce.
