Carpaccio Salad with Healthy Turkey Breast





  • 20 slices of Sadia smoked turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
  • Ground white pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch of mini arugula leaves
  • Parmesan cheese chips
  • Sesame seeds

Method of preparation

  1. In a blender or processor, blend the mustard, capers, olive oil, water, vinegar and pepper. Reserve the sauce;
  2. On a serving plate, assemble the salad, placing the slices of Sadia turkey breast overlapping (lining the entire bottom of the plate);
  3. Arrange the mini arugula leaves on top and spread the dressing over the salad;
  4. Optional: finish with parmesan shavings and/or sprinkled sesame seeds. Then, just serve.
