Basket with Turkey Breast and Palm Heart Cream

Ingredients

  • Palm cream
  • 1 tablespoon of salt-free creamy Qualy
  • 3 cups of turkey breast Sabor & Equilíbrio Sadia , finely chopped
  • ½ cup fresh peach palm hearts, cut into small cubes
  • ½ pot of cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped
  • parsley
  • Salt to taste

  • 6 slices of crustless wholemeal bread
  • 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Method of preparation

  1. In a pan, melt the margarine, add the hearts of palm and let it cook until soft;
  2. Add the turkey breast and sauté; add the cottage cheese, salt and parsley and set aside.
  3. On a cutting board, flatten the slices of bread using a rolling pin;
  4. Place each slice of bread in 1 pie pan greased with margarine. Lightly press the breads so that they are shaped like baskets.
  5. Fill the baskets with the heart of palm cream, sprinkle with parmesan and bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
