Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 spoons of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 4 tablespoons (100g)
  • English cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of Sadia bacon
  • 2 bagels with sesame

Method of preparation

  1. For the egg: In a bowl place the eggs, milk, salt and pepper, mix well with the help of a fork or whisk.
  2. Then, place the egg mixture in a pre-heated frying pan, greased with a drizzle of olive oil or oil and stir constantly until the egg is cooked but still moist.
  3. In the frying pan, melt the cheddar and brown the bacon.
  4. Cut the bagels in half and place half of each type of filling on each bagel.
