Acebolada Sadia Guanabara Sausage with Mixed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Sadia guanabara sausage
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 onions cut into strips
  • 1 small green pepper cut into strips
  • 1 small yellow pepper cut into strips
  • 1 small red pepper cut into strips
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the sausages into 3 parts and set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan, add the oil and heat over high heat.
  3. When heated, add the sausages and let them brown for 3 minutes on each side or until completely golden.
  4. Place in a container and set aside.
  5. In the same frying pan, add the onions and peppers and sauté until wilted and lightly golden.
  6. Return the sausage to the pan and season with salt and black pepper.
